To connect your PC to the Teams Protection Sandbox environment, you will be required to send the relevant browser and need to direct Teams client traffic to our Teams Protection Sandbox Forward Proxy (Bastion).
Since you are only interested in sending Teams traffic rather than all your web traffic to our Teams Protection Sandbox Forward Proxy, you should configure a PAC file to instruct the web client to send only relevant hosts requests to our Teams Protection Sandbox.
To configure the PAC file, please follow this action plan:
- Open internet options
- Go to the Connections Tab
- Open Lan settings
- Check the automatic configuration script box and enter the following address: https://proxy.agatdemo.com/teams_demo.pacaddress you will receive from Agat Support
- Click OK and OK again
Alternatively you may use an AD Group Policy to deploy the PAC file. See this page for an explanation of how this is done.
For the above to work properly the SphereShield certificate must be added to your certificate store.
The Firefox browser will still display a trust error because it maintains its own certificate store and does not use the Windows one. See this page for details.
To verify that it works navigate to this test page.
