In order for the Proxy solution to work, you will need to install a certificate on the clients. This article refers to an AGAT demo environment, but the same steps apply to production by using your company certificate.
Your client will Your client's machines need to trust our Root CA to sign the certificates published by the Teams Protection Proxy. The certificate published by AGAT's CA will contain MS Teams related hosts.in order to use AGAT Teams\Webex proxy for real-time inspection.
Please follow these steps to add AGAT's CA as a trusted Root CA:
- Download the Root CA certificate from https://downloadsagatteams.s3.agatsoftwareamazonaws.com/agat_rootca.zip
- Open the certificate file
- Click on "install certificate..."
- Choose Local Machine
- Choose "place all certificates in the following store" and click "Browse..."
- Choose "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" and click OK
- Click Next and Finish
