In order for the Proxy soluiton to work, you will need to install a certifiacate on Client. This article is referring to AGAT demo enviroment, but the same steps apply to production by using you company certificate.
Your client will need to trust our Root CA to sign the certificates published by the Teams Protection Proxy. The certificate published by AGAT's CA will contain MS Teams related hosts.
Please follow this action plan to add AGAT's CA to as a trusted Root CA:
- Download the Root CA certificate from https://proxy.agatdemo.com/agat_rootca.cer
- Open the certificate file
- Click on "install certificate..."
- Choose Local Machine
- Choose "place all certificates in the following store" and click "Browse..."
- Choose "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" and click OK
- Click Next and Finish
- Click OK
