Devices get blocked because of missing managed device values when using the SphereShield App

Symptoms

  • MDM Integration is configured & SphereShield app is configured.

  • Some devices appear to be blocked and have details missing in the MDM table.

  • 'Complete missing managed device values into from MDM device table' is set to 'Yes'.

Solution

  • Upgrade to package  v3.9.74.9 or higher

  • Set ‘Complete missing managed device values into from MDM device table’ to ‘No’.
