Devices get blocked because of missing managed device values when using the SphereShield App
Symptoms
MDM Integration is configured & SphereShield app is configured.
Some devices appear to be blocked and have details missing in the MDM table.
'Complete missing managed device values into from MDM device table' is set to 'Yes'.
Solution
Upgrade to package v3.9.74.9 or higher
Set ‘Complete missing managed device values into from MDM device table’ to ‘No’.
