Some of the scenarios require a mobile app to register the device.

Android

For Android Enterprise implementation- AGAT shares the app through the customer's google play

Please contact AGAT support with Google Play Organization ID to get the app

For Android that is not managed by Android Enterprise- AGAT shares an APK. This APK can't be added using Android Enterprise but rather It should be deployed as a regular app depending on the MDM vendor.

Limitations

MobileIron integration past Android 10 using APK is unable to validate IMEI

It is not possible to get IMEI natively past Android 10 and MobileIron doesn’t provide an API path to get it either.

Resolution

It is possible to bypass the issue by using Android Enterprise.

IOS

It is possible to share the iOS app in two ways:

• Via the Apple Business Manager - please contact AGAT support with the ABM organization id and name to get the app.

• Sharing the APK directly to customer.
