Can SphereShield minimize the amount of data to be stored at rest on the mobile device?

This FAQ question relates to Data@Rest. 

SphereShield does not control data on the device. Rather, AGAT's DLP module (using Symantec/ McAfee, ForcePoint or AGAT) blocks sensitive data from exiting the network, but not from entering data@rest.
