A specific user cannot sign in using MDM

The issue

A specific user cannot sign in through MDM while the rest of the company has no issue.

The Company is using Mobileiron MDM.

 

Troubleshooting

At first we asked the customer if this happened suddenly. He answered “it was always like this.”

He mentioned that when he tries to log in he does not get the “password” field which puts him on some kind of “loop” without having input the password. It is redirecting the user automatically.

In the LAC logs, we’ve seen that the user’s request passed through but the “password” field was empty.

 

 

 

Possible solution

Ask the user to remove any SIPAddress credentials and then try to log in again
