How can I clear the Cache on my PC SfB client?

In order for the SfB client to request the contact card data from the SfB server one needs to clear the cache.  Otherwise the client displays the saved contact card data.

Open one of these two folders using the Run dialog:

%AppData%\..\Local\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync

or

%AppData%\..\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync

and delete the use folder, e.g.:

sip_user1@agat.work
