"No Auth code key sent" when device can not sign in using SkypeShield App

Description:
Device can not sign in using SkypeShield app

Symptoms:
In LAC logs the following error is received:
No Auth code sent 

Troubleshooting:
"packageKey" field in the appconfig file (configuration file of the SkypeShield app) was not set.

Solution: 
The solution is to add the following PackageKey string in the appconfig file
"packageKey": "jEUGU+Hxr5SwVwuKVgB9eksJw7rR4TUG4mMBpK8+aJo=", 

After adding the string the app should be uploaded again to the MDM console
