The Ethical Wall policy that will be enforced on data collaboration feature is always Conference External/Internal Policy.



All data collaboration Skype for Business features (PowerPoint Presentation, Q&A, Whiteboard, etc.) cause an escalation of a Peer to Peer conversation to a Conference.

So this is expected behavior.
