Logs & Settings Action Plan for Maintenance Service
please follow this action plan in order to collect the Maintenance Service logs:
1. Change the Maintenance Service Log Level to debug
Default location is C:\Agat\MaintenanceService\Configuration\SphereShield.MaintenanceService.log4net.config

2. Restart the Maintenance Service
3. Replicate the issue
4. Collect the log MaintenanceService-<date>.log from the relevant date
Default location: C:\Agat\Logs\MaintenanceService\MaintenanceService
5. If you're using Ethical Wall collect the trace-<date>.log from the relevant date as well.
Default location is C:\Agat\Logs\MaintenanceService\EW
Default location is C:\Agat\Logs\MaintenanceService\EW
5. Collect the SphereShield.MaintenanceService.config file
6. Revert back to the old SphereShield.MaintenanceService.log4net.config
7. Restart the SIP Filter Service
The following files are expected to be delivered following this plan:
- MaintenanceService-<date>.log from the relevant date
- If using Ethical Wall trace-<date>.log from the relevant date
- SphereShield.MaintenanceService.log4net.config
- Access Portal logs and settings
