Clean Cache and Sign in to MS Teams

When adding new users to the proxy policy you need to clear the local cache of the Teams client as some of the scripts of SphereShield should replace existing scripts of MS Teams.

Without clearing the cache it might take a few hours/ days for the scripts to refresh.


For Desktop clients - Clear Local Teams Cache

  1. Quit MS Teams
  2. Open "%appdata%\Microsoft\"
  3. Delete the "Teams" Folder
  4. Sign in to MS Teams from your desktop client
  5. You should be redirected to the AGAT Demo ADFS page
  6. Enter Demo username
  7. Enter the credentials mentioned above
  8. You should be signed in and see the SphereShield Secured logo


For Browser:

  1. Open https://teams.microsoft.com, we recommend you go an incognito browser window
  2. Enter Demo username
  3. You should be redirected to the AGAT Demo ADFS page
  4. Enter the credentials mentioned above
  5. You should be signed in via SphereShield. You should be able to see the SphereShield logo in the top right corner of the app.
