• Multiple security updates, bringing the Admin Portal up-to-date with SOC2 requirements.

• API Permissions from Azure adjusted to allow a single user sign-in, instead of organization-wide permissions.

• When playing back a task - now shows the original text instead of a description.

MS Office Application

• Fixed an issue in eDiscovery where users who aren’t supposed to be inspected still had their messages processed in the database (the messages will not be processed at all anymore).

• Set up alerts for Channel Management operation failures

• Added specific error messages in the Auditing page for Channel Management when the error occurred due to a Compliance Admin issue.

Known Issues and Limitations

CASB API

• Due to an issue with Microsoft Webhook subscriptions, can't cover Edit/Delete/Undo messages and reactions for messages that were polled before in eDiscovery.

Zoom

• As of Apr 25, 2023 - it seems like the Zoom Pro license is changed to restrict getting old recordings to a maximum of one month ago.

Channel Management

• Due to a Microsoft API issue, OneNote tabs may be copied incorrectly from time to time, or not copied at all.
