Virtual Assistant Dashboard App for Zoom - Adding, Using, and Removing the App

Adding the App

  1. Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace

  2. Look for Virtual Assistant Dashboard App

  3. Click add, then give the app the necessary permissions it asks of you.

  4. You should see a page like this :

5. Wait maximum 1 day to get your system ready.

 

Usage

Creating recordings

  1. Start a meeting in Zoom.

  2. Record the meeting and capture the transcript.

  3. When you’re done, end the meeting.

  4. The recording and the transcript will be sent for analysis

Review meeting analysis

Note: The Virtual Assistant Dashboard App will display only meeting data and insights for meetings that were recorded, the user has joined and where AGI was added. The user will not be able to view meetings and insights that he was not part of.

  1. Once the meeting has been analyzed, it will be added to your meeting list:

  2. Choose a meeting and click Assistant Insights

  3. You will enter the Meeting Insights page:

  4. Depending on how your organization has set up the Virtual Assistant Dashboard, your Meeting Insights page can include:

    1. Summary

    2. Tasks

    3. Sentiments

    4. Agenda

    5. Decisions

    6. Reminders

    7. Follow-ups

    8. Notes

Removing the App

  1. Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace

  2. Click Manage → Added Apps, or search for the “Virtual Assistant Dashboard” app

  3. Click the app

  4. Click Remove

The implications of removing the app

When you remove the app, all your saved data is deleted from the database.
