AGI Insight Sync Engine

Introduction

AGI helps you manage your meeting and chat insights in your natural workspace/tasks management system- whether it is monday.com, Asana, Planner, or Todo.

Viewing insights by AGI, such as summaries, tasks, and notes is possible from the Assistant Dashboard available in Zoom, Teams, Webex, and monday.com.
However, for a better user experience, AGI offers an intelligent Insights Management policy engine that will automatically create the insights in the relevant place in monday.com/Asana/Planner.

For meetings, AGI will create an item with all the meeting data.

In addition, the different insights, such as summaries and notes, will be added as updates.

Insights Sync Policy Engine

Insights Management policies can use the following parameters:

  • URL

  • Title

  • Tags

  • Participants

The policy engine scans the policies (that are ordered by priority), and once a match is found, it will create an item in the relevant destination set with all the fields and updates.

Here are some examples of what a policy can look like:

Based on URL

In this case, we set up a policy where if a meeting has the URL as set in the condition value, it will create a Meeting Insight with updates on Summary, Notes, and Decision, in the Main Workspace, under the Customer A Board, and in the Meetings group.

A policy based on a URL can be very useful for a recurring meeting.

Based on Title

In this case, we set up a policy where if a meeting has the string “Weekly Sprint”, it will create a Meeting Insight with updates on Info, Summary, Notes, Agenda, Decision, and Sentiments, in the Main Workspace, under the QA Test Board, and in the This week group.

Based on Tags

In this case, we set up a policy where if a meeting has the Tag be “Customer Success” for this meeting, it will create a Meeting Insight with updates on Info, Summary, and Notes, in the Main Workspace, under the Customer D Board, and in the Meetings group.

Based on Participants

In this case, we set up a policy where if alice@agatqa.net participated in a meeting, it will create a Task with updates on Summary and Decisions, in the Main Workspace, under the QA Test Board, and in the Next week group.

Manually choose a destination for meeting insights

If no match is found, the user can create an item manually from the dashboard by choosing a meeting and clicking on the button “CREATE IN MONDAY”.

You can then edit the title for the item and choose a location and which insights to update (from the ones available).

An item will then be created, and you will be able to see a monday.com icon that leads you to the item you just created (this icon-link is created automatically when a policy creates an item).

Meeting tasks structure

In addition to the insights, AGI detects Action items/tasks.

The tasks are also created in a group on a board using the same policy engine.

The task is automatically created with the following fields:

  • Name

  • Description

  • Due date

  • Assignee

Tasks can also be created by analyzing chat conversations in Teams and Webex not released to a meeting such as in a Teams channel or a Webex Space.

Meeting item structure

Below are examples of the outcome in monday.com. The meeting item contains the following fields:

  • Title

  • Date and time

  • Link to recording

  • Meeting minutes with transcript
