Meeting Minutes Guide
Background
The AGI Virtual Assistant can generate detailed meeting minutes with the click of a button.
AGI uses a template and tags to place the content in Microsoft Word format.
You can design your template and add the tags at the relevant places in the document to map the location of each insight or info.
AGI supports having multiple meeting minutes templates
Below is a screenshot of a sample default template the comes with AGI:
Tags
Custom templates must use these tags to get the necessary information, although they may use any one they need and not all of them.
