Main changes:

  • Many UI fixes to make the dashboard look better

  • New reports of data and usage management

General

  • The icons on the homepage have been replaced with new ones.

  • We have changed the colors of the buttons in the policy deletion window.

  • The option to copy and paste the questions has been added.

  • Fixed issues when uploading files from OneDrive.

  • Changed “Cost usage” to “Usage cost“

  • Removed ‘Insights Sync Engine' tab when the user has not logged in from Monday.

  • Changed the inbox error icon from Blue to red.

  • Chatbot- After receiving a response, the user will not need to scroll down to ask another question.

  • Changed the data source of the chatbot to “All company and Public data“ and “Public data only“. (before was all company data / public data)

  • Chat name will be the first question asked when asking about All company data.(before chat name started with the text “All company data)

  • File names in Hebrew have been aligned to the right.

  • All text on the dashboard is now written in the same font.

Firewall Dashboard

  • The graph loading speed has been improved, and suitable icons have been added when loading.

  • Clicking on one of the diagrams will lead to the Auditing page showing relevant records.

 

 

  • Improved the UI of the Pie charts

  • Added “Show All“ button on the top-right of each document - Clicking this button will display all the components related to this graph.

Now the user can select auditing filtered by each component.

 

Account Activity Auditing

  • The text 'Question' and 'Answer' have been changed to 'Prompt' and 'Response'.

  • Search tool are now supported.

  • Added many fields to the search tool such as Usage Classification Rules,

    Data Classification Rules, Prompt Id

 

  • Added a display for the source IP in the auditing.

  • Added “REANALYZE“ button

Pressing on it will display an option to reanalyze data classification, usage classification or both of them.

  • Removed answer column.

  • Improved Topic Identification.

  • Hiding data sources when there is no date to show.

  • Added “Prompt ID“ to the Auditing.

  • Added “Learn more“ link directing to WIKI explanation page.

Firewall Policies

  • Fixed bug - Couldn’t save policy when adding more than 1 rule.

  • Fixed bug - Couldn’t save policy when editing an existing policy.

  • Added an option to add new rules to an existing policy.

  • Removed “Policy type“ field from “Add Firewall Policy“ window.

Data Classification List

  • New design for the page:

  • All default rules are arranged one after the other in green color.

  • "The user is required to type at least 4 words at the value tab before creating a new AI rule:

  • Fixed bug - the values of default rules were missing when editing them.

  • Changed the Sensitivity level order from “Low” to “Critical”:

  • Added prebuilt rule: “Any data classification“.

Data Classification Report

 

  • Redesign the search tool and added fields such as: PII entity, Sensitivity Level, Data classification:

  • The user must fill in the “data type” field where he has the option to choose between Promp, Reasponse, Document, SitePage and many more:

Shows all content items matching a classification rule such as PII.

Usage Management

  • Showing all prompts without classification with the text “No classification found.”

  • Added prompt:

  • Fixed bug - Many prompts didn’t had Specific usage.

  • Removed all the shorts prompts rows.

Site Statistics

Fixed bug - Incorrect numbers of questions were displayed.

ShareChatbot

  • The user can use our chat through external websites. Example from AGAT Sofrware Website
    Press on “Ask me anything”

    Now the user can askquestions about AGAT with no need to enter BusinessGPT Dashboard.
