Main changes

Fixes related to site authentication for the support engineer installing the dashboard.

Dashboard

• The first user to log in to the dashboard will be the site admin

• For site admin only - The support engineer can now configure the AzureApp and GoogleApp directly from the dashboard to allow sign-in to the dashboard site

• Fixed Bug - When the user logged in with Google, an inappropriate screen briefly appeared instead of the dashboard
