Chat types and pre-built instructions
Chat Types
Pragatix includes the following chat types:
Dashboard chat- For users who are accessing the Dashboard
LiteMode chat - A chatbot requires authentication and is only relevant for internal employees. Permissions typically restrict the chat sources. The LiteMode chats are available only on the Pragatix site or mobile app.
Public Chat - A chat that anyone can use without the need to authenticate. Typical use cases include a public website for customer support/ sales or an internal website for employee HR.
Instructions
When creating a LiteMode and Public chat, you can add instructions to the chatbot. Once you do so, every prompt will include the instructions for the chatbot.
For the Dashboard chat, the account admin can add pre-built instructions for the end user.
Adding instructions is done from the Account Management \ instructions page. Once done, they are visible on the chat page as a selection. The admin can apply the instruction to specific content types or specific groups.
Plans
Plans are designed to run a sequence of steps to achieve a goal.
For now, plans can only run instructions, but they are planned to combine Data analysis with other tools.
A plan can be attached to a LiteMode chat.
