Sharing a chat on your web site

You can use Pragatix to make a chatbot available on your web site, allowing users to ask question on your content.
This is referred to as “embedded chat” and can be configured to be accessible as an icon on top of your site similar to our chat in the Pragatix site here:

Once the user clicks it , it will display a chat popup:

Typically you would connect your website as the data source, but you can also create a collection with multiple other documents.

How to generate the code for the chatbot?

Select the content or collection in your data sources section and click the “Share chatbot” button:

Add Logo or instructions on how to answer:

Make sure to add your site URL in case you want to embed it on your site

Click Create link and on the next page, either copy the code for embedding or preview it with the share link:
