Approving Sign in app to Dashboard to all users

To prevent each user from having to approve the sign-in app individually, the Microsoft Global Admin must grant consent on behalf of all users.

  1. Visit the dashboard URL and sign in using a Microsoft 365 Global Admin account.

  2. When prompted, ensure you check “Consent on behalf of your organization” and then accept the requested permissions.

If the Global Admin has already signed in but did not select “Consent on behalf of your organization,” you will need to delete the app registration from Azure and restart the consent process;

  1. Browse https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_AAD_IAM/StartboardApplicationsMenuBlade/~/AppAppsPreview

  2. Look for “BusinessGPT” app and open it

  1. Under “Manage” hit “Properties” and delete the app

  1. Browse the dashboard and this time consent for all organization
