  • Added 'Public Knowledge' button to the General chat. Users can now choose whether they want to receive a response with Public Knowledge, Company Knowledge, or both combined.

  • In the Account Firewall Auditing view, under the Scope section, users can now see the specific type of knowledge the response was based on.
