Key Points for Proper Use of the Pragatix Installer

In a Local AD environment only, after upgrading the dashboard, you need to go into the IIS settings, select the authentication options.
Change the settings as follows:

• Anonymous Authentication: Disable

• Windows Authentication: Enable

These services can be upgraded using the "Upgrade" button. However, there is another method: access the following path on the machine:
C:\Agat\Pragatix.Setup\Payload\BGService
or: D:\Agat\Pragatix.Setup\Payload\BGService and copy all the files from there to each of the services.
