Main Changes

  • New Built-in AI Agent Tools Released:

    • Deep Research – Enables users to ask complex questions and receive in-depth, well-researched answers on a wide range of topics.

    • Analyze Image – Allows users to upload an image and ask questions about its content.

    • Speech to Text – Converts audio files into accurate text transcriptions.

    • Create Document – Generates structured documents (Word, PDF, etc.) based on user input or data.

    • Convert Document – Transforms files between formats (e.g., Word to PDF) while preserving layout and structure.

    • Perform Calculation – Executes mathematical and statistical operations using user-provided data.

    • Analyze Excel – Extracts insights, answers questions, and summarizes content from Excel files.

    • Visualize Data – Creates visualizations such as charts and graphs from raw data using built-in plotting tools.

  • Customizable Firewall Notifications and Emails:

    Account Admins can now customize the default titles and body texts of firewall notifications, as well as the emails sent when prompts or files are blocked or flagged.

  • New Flag Event Popup Setting:

    A new setting allows Account Admins to control whether a popup appears when a prompt or file is flagged. This provides more flexibility in managing user notifications during flag events.

  • Global account settings management for site admin: Site admins can now view and edit settings for any account via Site Management > Site Statistics by selecting an account and clicking Settings.

  • Expanded Company Knowledge Base with new data source integrations: Account admins can now add multiple data sources under the Company Knowledge Base- e.g, Email, Drive, Copilot, and OneDrive - making their content available for end users to access and use.

  • Account & Site Feedbacks page: Added feedback pages for each account and site showing all user feedback, with filters for feedback type and creator.

Lite mode

  • Enabled users to upload MP3 file formats.

  • Answer UI was updated to show images and source attributions more clearly and to use smaller. headers for a cleaner appearance.

  • Fixed an issue where model names overlapped.

Account AI Firewall > Account Firewall Auditing

  • Added support for scoped searches using Chat Scope categories like General Chat, Document, and AI Agent.

Account Settings

  • New Setting: Show Tools in General Chat- Allows Account Admins to show or hide tool access within general chat conversations.

  • New Setting: Company Knowledge Data Sources- enabling selection of which data sources are shown in the Company Knowledge Base.

  • New Setting: Smart Part- Controls whether an account uses Smart Part.

  • New Setting: Smart Part site URL- specify the Smart Part endpoint.

Account Management > AI Agent Tools

  • Added a new tool setting: ‘Show in Data Analysis’, to let account admins toggle the tool’s visibility in the Data Analysis view.

Site Management > BusinessGPT settings

  • Added a new site setting: ‘Allowed Proxy IP’, a list of IPs excluded from authentication token validation in prompt requests.

  • Adds ‘Internet Access’ setting to control the environment’s ability to use tools that require online connectivity.

General

  • Knowledge Chats can now be pinned to the top of the Lite Mode homepage when created.
