Added Answer Source Verification for General Chat, which checks AI answers against your company content and may adjust them before they are finalized. This behavior is configurable under General Chat → Advanced → Answer source verification. For Additional Information Click Here.

The workspace now offers an enhanced dropdown for Collections, Files, and Confluence spaces, including search-by-name and a quick link to view all entries.

Added an “Interested users” icon next to each file; clicking it displays all users who received that file in their answers.

Users can now choose a Confluence space while using the general chat.

Resolved an issue where some Confluence spaces were not displayed in the BG Admin Center.

Files are now marked with an “Interested users” icon that, when clicked, reveals all users who previously received the file in answers.

Added a “Send email” button that lets users notify another user when both have shown interest in the same file.

Added a “Created by” sort option to the collections page, allowing users to order collections by their creator.

Fixed an issue causing certain Confluence spaces not to appear in the BG Admin Center.

Added a new “Show collections” setting that lets admins control whether the collections dropdown appears in both the general chat and the side menu.

Added a new “Default Answer Grounding Verification” setting that lets admins control how thoroughly AI answers are checked against company documents, from basic verification to a deeper extra verification review.
