Managing users access level (role)

Users access level can be managed by Account Admin under Account Management > Users.
Only account admins have access to this page.
Note: User can’t change his own access level, or level of site admin users.

Available access roles are:

  • Workspace (Default) - View the chats defined for Workspace.

  • Admin Center - View the Admin Center, but no account settings, account auditing, or firewall policies

  • Account Admin - View the Admin Center with all account settings, firewall classification, and policies, and view all the account auditing

  • Site Admin - View the Admin Center like account admin, and also view site menu including site management and site firewall.
    Note: this level can be set only through database
