Background

This feature enables Google admins to monitor AI usage in the Google Gemini App for users within their domain, and view users' prompts comfortably on the Pragatix Admin Center site.

Requirements

In order for this feature to work your domain needs to have the following licenses:

1. Google Workspace License

2. Google Vault License - with two possible options:

   1. Domain level license: meaning all users under the domain name have a vault license.

   2. Add-on: Admins can choose specific users to buy a license for.

Google Vault is the tool that allows us to export users' prompts.

Step for Configuration:

1. Log into Google Admin Console with an admin account

In order to verify you have permissions, In the Admin Console, go to Account > Admin Roles, select your role, and ensure Google Vault permissions are checked.
