The notification Agent is an in-context messaging mechanism that enables sharing training and guidelines within the employee’s work context.
The avatar is injected into the Chat page in the bottom-right corner.
The user can choose to snooze the avatar (hide for 1 day / 1 week)
The avatar will display a notification when it has information to share.
Once clicked, it will open a pop-up displaying the info.
The user can then check “Close this message,” so it will not appear again.
The user can move between messages by using the next/previous button at the bottom of the pop-up.
Each message will have a category -
Report
(usage) Productivity
(Usage) Risky

Each Tip will include a list of training resources (managed in Training Resources) containing UsageType(Agent, human), RuleId, Name, Description ,URL, Type (Training module, Video, Podcast), and Length
When the tip is displayed, it will show Required/recommended) training resources
You can mark “Finished Training”.
In the usage page, you can enter the UsageTip.
Table - BGAgentNotification includes - NotificationType (Usage/Report), UsageID, time, Details (used for report HTML), userID, Status (Approve\ active), Completed Training (yes/No)
When opening the Training resources, it shows a page with all resources to go through.
Notification options:
Don’t show this tip again- will not show training on this usage anymore
Don’t show training tips
Reset to show all relevant training tips - will show tips that in the past the user asked not to show.
Working with usages and policies
When no policy matches, the agent will show only the training topic line with the following text below
“Your prompt matched the following usage: [Usage name]. See relevant training below.”
If mulitple usage are identified, they will be displayed in sequence one after the other in the training contect
When policy applies, the notification message will be as defined in the FW account setting.
