AI Adoption Intelligence, part of the AI Behavior Suite, enables administrators to monitor and analyze AI usage across their organization.
Prerequisites
Before using AI Adoption Intelligence, ensure the following setup is complete:
Configure Groups and Assign Users
All calculations in the AI Behavior Suite rely on properly configured groups with assigned users.If no groups are configured, you can:
Option A: Create Groups Manually
Go to Account Management → Users & Groups → Groups
Click "New Group"
Assign users to the group
Option B: Configure Active Directory Group Integration
Go to Account Management → Account Settings → Active Directory Groups Integration
Grant consent and enable synchronization
Select the groups you want to integrate
Mark Groups for Adoption Measurement
Navigate to Account Management → Users & Groups → Groups
Select the groups you want to include in AI adoption tracking
All calculations in this framework are performed at the group level:
Metrics, benchmarks, and adoption measurements are computed per group
Each user is evaluated relative to their group
Because the analysis depends on comparisons within a group (averages, distributions, trends), each user must belong to exactly one group.

Usage Management
This page is used to define and manage usage rules, which determine how prompts are classified.
Each usage rule includes:
Category
Defines whether the use case is General or RiskyProductivity Score
Indicates how much the use case contributes to user productivityTime Saved
Estimated time saved (in minutes) per prompt for this use caseExample: Translating a document may save 10 minutes
This value is used to calculate total organizational time savings

Displays distribution of user prompts across all defined usage rules
Clicking a specific use case shows a detailed breakdown:

Most active users in each group for that use case
Group Usage
Provides analytics at the group level.

Number of active groups
Most active group
Average prompts per group

To enable this page, AI Adoption Report Generation must be configured:
Go to Account Management → Account Settings
Complete all required fields under AI Adoption Reports Settings
If not configured, data on this page may be missing or outdated.
How AI Adoption Report Generation Works
Once enabled, the system analyzes AI activity and generates personalized adoption insights per user.
All calculations are performed at the group level, and each user is evaluated relative to their group.
For each user, the system calculates:
Questions Classified
Number of prompts classified under usage rules out of total promptsAI Usage Score (Adoption Score)
Calculated as:
(Number of prompts per use case × Productivity Score)Relative AI Usage
Comparison of the user’s score to their group averageAI Usage Potential
Comparison of the user’s score to the highest score in their group
Outcomes
Based on these metrics, the system:
Identifies users with growth opportunities
Flags users performing below group benchmarks
Generates personalized AI optimization tips
Admins can use these insights to send targeted adoption reports to users.
