Main Changes

Improved home page loading performance.
Added a 'Create Video' tool, allowing users to generate videos and preview the MP4 file directly within the chat.

For Admin users only:

A new Role-Based Access page has been introduced, allowing administrators to manage user permissions and control access to various menus within Pragatix.
A dedicated Groups page has been introduced to support creating, editing, deleting, and viewing groups, along with user counts and access levels.
