However, there are cases where a user experiences unexpected restrictions and asks why an action was blocked. It’s usually a lot easier for the customer’s support team to explain the reasons when policies are simple and straightforward and a minimum amount of them apply to each user.
There’s also less room for error or unexpected behavior when policies are kept simple.
