Sending Client Logs

  1. Open a browser and open the Developer Pane by pressing F12

  2. Go to [Network] and make sure [Preserve Log ]is enabled

  4. Go to [Console] and make sure [Preserve log] is enabled

  5. Sign in to teams

  6. Once the error replicated gather the logs by right-click in the Console pane and click [Save as…]

  7. Go to [Network] and press the down arrow to export the network traffic
