  1. Open a browser and open the Developer Pane by pressing F12

  2. Go to [Network] and make sure [Preserve Log] is enabled

  3. Go to [Console] and make sure [Preserve log] is enabled

  4. Sign in to teams

  5. Once the error replicated gather the logs by right-click in the Console pane and click [Save as…]

  6. Go to [Network] and press the down arrow to export the network traffic

How to Open .HAR files

To solve issues experienced by the end user, open the HAR file using Chrome Developer tools.

Go to the Network tab and drag and drop the HAR file to the network pane, which will open up the client history.
