The admin user uploads content to the dashboard, selects it, clicks on "MANAGE ACCESS" and granting permissions to the desired users/groups. Afterwards, the admin can proceed to click on “SHARE CHATBOT”

Chatbot Title - By default, it's the name of the content, this will be the name of the chat that the light mode user will see
Chatbot Description - By default it’s “How can I help you?“, The admin can edit the description as he likes
Pre-build Instruction (Optional)- Instructions for the chatbot on how to answer the question or a suggestion for the user on what to ask
Data Source - Determines whether the chatbot should provide responses based solely on private knowledge or include information from public sources as well
Groups (Optional)- The admin can enable chat access for specific groups only
