Uninstalling Bastion

1. Stop the Bastion service

2. Use sc to delete the service

3. Open a command prompt and change to the Bastion directory, which is often c:\agat\bastion

4. Execute the following command: bastion.exe remove

5. Delete the Bastion folder directory

Uninstalling SIP Filter

1. Use sc to delete the service

2. Open a command prompt and change to the SIP Filter directory

3. Execute the following command: SkypeShieldSIPFilter.exe remove or AgatSfBSIPFilter.exe remove, depending on which executable you find there.

4. Delete the SIP Filter folder directory

Uninstalling Access Portal

1. Delete Remove the Access Portal Website from using IIS Management

2. Delete the Access Portal folder directory, usually under c:\inetpub\

Uninstalling Maintenance Service

1. Stop the Maintenance service

2. Use sc to delete the service

3. Open a command prompt and change to the Maintenance service directory

4. Execute the following command: AccessPortal.MaintenanceService.exe remove
