Uninstalling

To uninstall our product components, follow the steps below.

This document and the information contained therein are proprietary and confidential. No part of this document may be disclosed in any manner to a third party without the prior written consent of AGAT.

Uninstalling Bastion

1. Stop the Bastion service

2. Use sc to delete the service

3. Open a command prompt and change to the Bastion directory, which is often c:\agat\bastion

4. Execute the following command: bastion.exe remove

5. Delete the Bastion directory

Uninstalling SIP Filter

1. Use sc to delete the service

2. Open a command prompt and change to the SIP Filter directory

3. Execute the following command: SkypeShieldSIPFilter.exe remove or AgatSfBSIPFilter.exe remove, depending on which executable you find there.

4. Delete the SIP Filter directory

Uninstalling Access Portal

1. Remove the Access Portal Website using IIS Management

2. Delete the Access Portal directory, usually under c:\inetpub\

Uninstalling Maintenance Service

1. Stop the Maintenance service

2. Use sc to delete the service

3. Open a command prompt and change to the Maintenance service directory

4. Execute the following command: AccessPortal.MaintenanceService.exe remove
