Problem
The client gets this exception:
Solution
This error occurred occurs when the setting " SkypeShield App use required" on the AccessPortal Admin Portal is disabled.

- Go to AccessPortal the Admin Portal under Settings → MDM Integration.
- enable SkypeShield App use required to yes and click save.
- Restart the SkypeShield SphereShield for SfB Reverse Proxy (Bastion) .
- Close Skypeshield SphereShield and Skype for Business app and restart the registration.
