There is an option, if the Bastion version is greater than 1.8.12, to change the log level without restarting the Bastion Service.

Scroll down to <logging>,<main>,<severity>

Update the severity to either:
info - not recommended in production environments
xtrace - recommended for production environments
debug - recommended only when investigating issues
Save the file
Teams-Protector
Open "C:\Agat\Bastion\filters\fw_proxy\Teams_Protector.xml"
Scroll down to <logging>,<main>,<severity>

Update the severity to either:
