Chatbot

  • For Local AI users - A new “Response mode” setting has been added, allowing to choose between:

    • Quick Mode: Faster responses based on the most relevant content, with concise answers

    • Deep Mode: More comprehensive responses using a broader content range, supporting longer answers but taking more time

Lite mode chat creation

  • It is now possible to create a Light mode chat with predefined instructions, eliminating the need for Light mode users to configure them manually

  • Support adding multiple instructions when creating a new chat

  • The Chat settings page has been widened for improved visibility

  • A multi-select dropdown has been added for the Groups input

Data Analysis

Smart Search

  • We have made several improvements to the way search results are presented:

  1. New "Type" Column: A new column has been added to the results table, displaying the file type (Document, AtlassianConfluenceContent, AwsS3File, MicrosoftEmail)

  2. "Preview": A new preview icon allows users to view the file with AI-identified keywords highlighted

  1. "Start Chat": Users can now start a new chat and ask questions about the file directly from the results

Account Management - Account Settings

  • The Account Admin can now choose whether to enable or disable the AI Agent and Smart Search for Light mode users within his organization

  • New setting - ‘Max Excel File Upload Size’. This setting allows administrators to limit the size of uploaded Excel files to prevent excessive system load caused by large files

Lite Mode

  • The ‘Like’ and ‘Dislike’ buttons are now supported in the chatbot, allowing users to provide feedback on responses

  • The Advanced Search tool now supports searching by Status
