Main changes

• Redesign Smart Search results: Added "Type" column to display file types. New icons allow users to preview files with AI-highlighted keywords, start a chat about a file, and view additional file details like Title, Type, and Upload Date.

• Support for Microsoft Exchange is now available! Users can sync all their emails to the dashboard and get answers from email content in their inbox and items they send.

• Account configuration for LiteMode functionality allows to hide advanced features like AG Agents and search.

• For Local AI users - A new “Response mode” (Quick or Deep) setting for balancing speed over quality

• Creating a Light mode chat with predefined instructions is now possible, eliminating the need for Light mode users to configure them manually.

• For Local AI users - A new “Response mode” setting has been added, allowing to choose between:

  • Quick Mode: Faster responses based on the most relevant content, with concise answers

  • Deep Mode: More comprehensive responses using a broader content range, supporting longer answers but taking more time

• Lite mode - The ‘Like’ and ‘Dislike’ buttons are now supported in the chatbot, allowing users to provide feedback on responses

• It is now possible to create a Light mode chat with predefined instructions, eliminating the need for Light mode users to configure them manually

• Support adding multiple instructions when creating a new chat

• The Chat settings page has been widened for improved visibility

• A multi-select dropdown has been added for the groups input

Data Analysis

• A 'Download' button has been added when the response contains a file, allowing users to easily download the provided file

• Improved Tables display on large Screens

Smart Search

• We have made several improvements to the way search results are presented:

1. New "Type" Column: A new column has been added to the results table, displaying the file type (Document, AtlassianConfluenceContent, AwsS3File, MicrosoftEmail)

2. "Preview": A new preview icon allows users to view the file with highlighted exact and similar words detected by the AI.
   
   

3. "Start Chat": Users can now start a new chat and ask questions about the file directly from the results

4. "More Info": Clicking this icon provides additional details about the file, including Title, Type, Uploaded Date, and Uploaded by

Emails

• Support for Microsoft Exchange has been added. Users can now sync all their emails to the dashboard with speed and convenience.

• Note that opening the email and getting answers from email attachments will come in later version

Account Management - Account Settings

• The Account Admin can now choose whether to enable or disable the AI Agent and Smart Search for Light mode users within his organization

• New setting - ‘Max Excel File Upload Size’. This setting allows administrators to limit the size of uploaded Excel files to prevent excessive system load caused by large files

Account Activity Auditing

• The Advanced Search tool now includes a 'Has File' filter, allowing users to search for results that contain attached files

• Added Prompt Scope to Auditing - Auditing now tracks the content scope of user queries, indicating whether the prompt relates to a Collection/Document, Private Knowledge/Knowledge
