- Install Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.1, using an offline installer from Microsoft site: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49982 (Requires Restart)
- Install IIS 7+ with Windows Authentication, asp.net, management console.
- Installing the UCMA Runtime
- Install the Lync/Skype application core components with the Lync/Skype installation disc deployment wizard while using an account in the domain CSAdministrator Group.
- Download Skypeshield Package to the server (link available via email from Agat)
- Install Notepad++ or MS Code for easier XML edit
The Unified Communications Managed API (UCMA) Runtime is required if at least one of the following features is expected to be used:
- Notify a user that his message was blocked due to DLP policy
- Notify admin when DLP incident was identified
- Notify admin when Ethical Wall has blocked an operation
- Notify user when Ethical Wall has blocked an operation
- Define Ethical Wall rules based on contact list match (set rules specifically to apply when the external user is on the contact list of the domain user)
- Notify a user that a dedicated SkypeShield password is about to expire
The product can be configured not to send IM and avoid this prerequisite.
