Bastion

  • Bastion logs are located by default in C:\Agat\Logs\Bastion or D:\Agat\Logs\Bastion
  • Bastion Dumps are located by default in C:\Agat\Logs\Bastion\Dumps or D:\Agat\Logs\Bastion\Dumps
  • The bastion configuration and license files are located by default in C:\Agat\Bastion

Lync Access Control Filter

  • LAC logs are located by default in C:\Agat\Logs\Lync_Access_Control or D:\Agat\Logs\Lync_Access_Control
  • LAC Traffic Dumps are located by default in C:\Agat\Logs\Lync_Access_Control\Dumps or D:\Agat\Logs\Lync_Access_Control\Dumps
  • The filter configuration and license files are located by default in C:\Agat\Bastion\filters 

Exchange Web Services Protector

  • EWS logs are located by default in C:\Agat\Logs\EWS_Protector
  • EWS Traffic Dumps are located by default in C:\Agat\Logs\EWS_Protector\Dumps
  • The filter configuration and license files are located by default in C:\Agat\Bastion\filters 

Skype Shield SIP Filter 

  • The SIP Filter is installed on the Edge Server or on the Front End server
  • SIP Filter logs are located by default in C:\Agat\Logs\SkypeShieldSIPFilter\lync_<date>.log
  • SIP Filter Traffic Dumps are located by default in C:\Agat\Logs\SkypeShieldSIPFilter\trace_<date>.log

Maintenance Service

  • The maintenance service is installed on the same server as the Access Portal
  • Log files can be found at C:\Agat\Logs\MaintenanceService
  • Log level configuration can be found at C:\Agat\MaintenanceService\Configuration\SphereShield.MaintenanceService.log4net.config
