How to configure the SphereShield Azure App for Compliance and Channel Management
As part of the installation process of the SphereShield Channel Management, you need to supply connection values for accessing the office 365 tenant.
This is done by registering an application in Azure Active Directory.

Choose Compliance and Channel Management
3. Sign in with an account that has Global Administrator permissions, This user must have a valid office365 license.
4. Accept the application permissions
Continue with the admin user and accept the application permissions
6. Upon completion, you will be forwarded to the success page
7. Fill out the form and click Send Mail, it will open your email client on the PC with the details to send.
Please make sure that either of two fields below doesn’t contain the ampersand symbol “&“. Otherwise we could not receive your tenant ID it will not appear in the mail.
Troubleshooting Azure app registration
In case you received access denied in the URL in step 3, that is because you trying to sign in
with user that has no valid license(offic365).
