Power BI is an interactive data visualization software product developed by Microsoft with a primary focus on business intelligence.
It is part of the Microsoft Power Platform. Power BI is a collection of software services, apps, and connectors that work together to turn unrelated sources of data into coherent, visually immersive, and interactive insights.
Data may be input by reading directly from a database, webpage, or structured files such as spreadsheets, CSV, XML, and JSON.
Agat use Power BI to make reports on Users/Chat/Meetings/Topics sentiments in terms positive/negative during time can be filtered to by users/groups and time.
The data in the report based on AI classification.
Customer side :
1. Download PowerBi desktop : https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=58494 (choose x64)
2. Open the file supplied by Agat with suffix like .pbit and insert crediantels for the db.
3. All the reports and data should load.
4. Sign up to PowerBI (Quick registration )
5. Save the file as .pbix
6. Publish it to Power BI service
7. After publishing - in power bi service go to the settings of the data set
8. Install gateway connection (Basically to open connection between the data source to power bi service , and for setting schedule refresh , Power bi service supplies the file to be downloaded)
9. When gateway installed - set schedule refresh .
10. There are two ways to embed the report : public , windows authentication
11. Choose the one needed and get url for the report.
