How to Automatically enable Webex Transcription/ Or automatically record meetings

Enter into https://admin.webex.com/ with a compliance user
Under Management- click on users

Open

The list of users will appear, Click on a specific user
On the right hand side under services click on meeting

Open

!Note, The user will need a License (as oppose to free license)

Click on the Meeting Site

Click in Advanced User Settings and Tracking Codes

Under User Settings
Create Recording transcript
Or Automatically record all meetings
