Access Denied or unable to login to access portal, or add a group in Ethical wall
You’re using SIMPLE BIND in LDAP
Solution
Go to The Access Portal Admin Area → Settings → User and group Source ( or LDAP Settings, the old name) → Change the LDAP configuration from SIMPLE BIND to Negotiation.
