Important to know:

This package is designated for Webex Meetings/MS Teams Proxy/MS Teams API installation - Webex Teams - is not supported!!!

• Webex Meetings uses 3rd party to create transcript for its Video Streaming (MS Video Indexer) and for OCR

Main changes

New features - Webex Meetings

• Video can be stored and played locally . Setting in eDiscovery “Store recordings in SphereShield”

• New player available to display local videos . The Video can be used to play video from cloud

• Add the main language settings: If the Video indexer is selected display the following:

  English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Russian, and Portuguese (UX). If nothing is set- the system will try to detect language automatically

• eDiscovery: Add a message icon to chat that has a file in addition to the file icon (UI/UX)

• eDiscovery: Add option to load more than 10 messages. When scrolling down, messages are loaded automatically.

• Allow using Webex meeting with either XML (NBR) API or RestAPI. RestAPI supports transcript created by Webex. NBR is the old version of API of Webex.

• Support reset Webex settings only instead of all portal settings.

• DLP: Add new rules for image safe content filter. detect unsafe content in the following categories: adult, spoof, medical, violence, and racy. Need to use Google DLP provider.

• Add option for blocking according to file type - DLP/ AP. User can choose allow or block list approach.

New features to MS Teams

• Add menu "MS Teams Governance"-

  • Control company users from accessing external tenants as Guests. Can work in monitor or block

  • Block joining anonymously to meetings

  • Enforce recording on all meetings

  • Groups allowed to create Teams / channel (not yet implemented)

• Display AD sync requirement on DLP groups. This will prevent miss configuration of DLP by requiring the AD Sync.

• Add tags to EW policy page. Helps organize policies when many policies are needed. Search by tags will display a set of polices with the same tag

• Enforce EW rules when internal users are guests in other tenants

• Prevent users from signing in as guests to other tenants

Bugs fixes

• eDiscovery-->Advanced search: searching by text doesn't point to the chat tab when returns the results

• Video Indexer doesn't recognize Russian in the Video/Audio meetings

• EW learning cache report fixes

• Fix Team Control Policy- removed non relevant actions from the policy

• Change default max records to show on the page to 100

Known Issues:

• eDiscovery: video--> time displayed in details is in UTC and in list is in current time

• The video is not being deleted from the video_storage tables when you delete the video from the eDiscovery

• If the storage is off - the video is not playing from Webex

• Chat is yet unsupported in webex meeting

• GIF is downloaded as a picture

• The settings of Google and Cognitive in recording settings are both not supported

• The settings of creating Teams and Channels are both not supported
