Important to know:

Teams Protector

  • A new setting has to added manually to the database for the Teams Protector filter

SharePoint Application

  • First stable release of the new SharePoint Application - an API that was created to handle compliance and governance in Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive

Teams Protector:

  • Fix for processing of user names unseen before. Bug occurred in some Teams tenants with older API versions

  • QA not done on this version. If there are bugs, workaround is to use AdSync/CASB Adapter to fill users table with all relevant users- and use a previous version of TP.

  • New settings for EW Teams Scope on proxy (only): EthicalWallProxyTeamScope

  • Use PolicyType and parent group when determine allowance of groups.

  • Make the restart of the process smoother

  • Fix for EW when only other participant is External

  • When filter is not configured to check meetings for EW policies, client side code will no longer send HTTP requests to filter.

    • Requires updated CDN (.JS) as well as filter

  • SharePoint EW - Block OneDrive sharing to groups and SharePoint sharing to groups not in the permitted list
