Google Application

• Moved from saving users' data and access to their entire Google Drive library to shared-based Each user in the organization shares the Drive meet recording data with a dedicated AGAT user.

• The dedicated AGAT user installs an internal app with drive permission.

• We don’t save any user info anymore except for the dedicated AGAT user tokens.

• Now supports the new design - authenticates the user by Google sign-in (Firebase) [not fully implemented]

Analysis BL

• We’re now using the GPT 3.5 16k model for summaries and tasks

Internal Services API

• Now reload EW policies definitions on a new row in the UsersRefreshCache table

Known Issues and Limitations

Zoom

• As of Apr 25, 2023 - it seems like the Zoom Pro license is changed to restrict getting old recordings to a maximum of one month ago.

Channel Management

• Due to a Microsoft API issue, OneNote tabs may be copied incorrectly from time to time, or not copied at all.
