Teams Protector

• Reduced timeout for filter API requests to get missing data about users from 15 seconds to 2 seconds

• Detects bug where EW blocks action because of a user who isn’t present in the meeting.

  • Allows the action to take place

  • Adds a * to the incident ID to make it searchable in auditing

• Reduced DB usage for session management when it’s not working well due to nonstandard proxy config - missing hosts.

• Added a fix for large meeting excess DB usage.

• Further fixes for DLP-only usage.

• Added a fix for detecting user ID from the authentication header. The proxied user wasn’t being identified, so EW was failing.

• Audience: Relevant for all customers, upgrade for DB improvements (1.5.5.8), and MS client update support.

• Added fixes for session loading from DB inefficiencies.

• Detects external sender’s domain name for incoming messages via WebSocket.

Known Issues and Limitations

CASB Proxy

• DLP scope rules are broken, and excess DB usage may still occur when eDiscovery is enabled.

Zoom

• As of Apr 25, 2023 - it seems like the Zoom Pro license is changed to restrict getting old recordings to a maximum of one month ago.

Channel Management

• Due to a Microsoft API issue, OneNote tabs may be copied incorrectly from time to time, or not copied at all.
